Casual – amuse bouche plus 2-course meal – – $150-$175 per person

Gourmet – appetizer for all plus a 3-course menu – – $175-$225 per person

Chef’s Tasting Menu – Appetizers, plus 5-course tasting menu – – $250 – $300

Meet Your Chef: Randall Hane

Born within the busy streets of Los Angeles and raised in the Valley, Chef Randall became fascinated with all things related to cooking thanks to the talents of his late grandmother. Upon graduating from high school, Randall attended the Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and graduated at the top of his class. From there, he began working at many high-end restaurants and hotels in the Northern California area.

From the beautiful Park Hyatt Regency to Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, Randall worked hard to hone his culinary skills and taste for nothing short of excellence. At 25 years old, Chef Randall landed a Sous Chef position at the esteemed L’Auberge Carmel-by-the-Sea under Chef Christophe Grosjean and moved to France for two and a half years. Under the guidance of Grosjean, Randall and his team earned a Michelin star at Chateau de Brindos in Anglet, France.

After returning to California and landing in the mesmerizing heat of Orange County, Randall helped develop restaurants in Laguna Beach and worked for six years at Driftwood Kitchen as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Randall is passionate about employing traditional techniques in modern foods and focusing his energy on offering truly unique and delicious dishes.

  • Booking your date: When you choose to work with Chef Randall for your private meal, you will need to secure your reservation. Prices are subject to change based on the exact factors of your meal and how many courses you are hoping to serve.
  • Planning: You will then speak with Chef Randall about your desires regarding the meal and if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies for which he needs to be aware. Your menu can be customized to fit your tastes and preferences.
  • Prep: Chef Randall and his team will then handle all of the necessary steps, from handpicking the ingredients to cooking, setting, serving, and more.
  • Service: Your kitchen will be transformed into a private bistro while we cook and you spend your time with loved ones. We will worry about setting the table, serving the courses, and pouring the wine.
  • Cleanup: Once the meal is complete, we will take care of all the necessary cleanup and trash removal, ensuring it is like we were never in your house at all. You won’t have to lift a finger!
