Chef Randall catered a grand opening event at my wife’s medical office and what a great choice it was. He showed up early to help me with some setup, worked the whole event making sure the food was fresh and always stocked, he was so attentive to all our catering needs. We recently had the pleasure of having Chef Randall cater an event for over 100 guests, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and an incredible attention to detail.
The menu was nothing short of spectacular. Chef Randall prepared a beautiful and abundant charcuterie board featuring cheeses, cured meats, dried fruits, grapes, and crackers, along with a jumbo shrimp cocktail and a refreshing tomato and mozzarella salad. The savory selections—seared beef tenderloin sliders, chicken salad sliders, New Zealand lamb chops, and French onion grilled cheese bites—were crowd favorites and disappeared quickly, yet Chef somehow managed to keep every station full throughout the entire evening. To finish, the desserts (cookies, Dutch apple cups, and carrot cake cups) were as delicious as they were elegant.
Every single guest raved about the quality and flavor of the food, as well as the flawless presentation. Chef Randall’s service was truly beyond reproach—professional, attentive, and seamless.

Most impressively, he cooked for 18 women during my bachelorette weekend in Bear Valley — and absolutely crushed it. Two gourmet dinners, two crowd-pleasing lunches, and two delicious breakfasts, all executed flawlessly.
