COLD PLATTERS

Assorted Fresh Fruit Platter

Watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries.

Assorted Cheese and Charcuterie Platter

variety of three cheeses, three cured meats, nuts, grapes, jam, mustard, and dried fruit. Served with crackers and fresh baguette.

Hummus- Fresh Made with Garlic and Smoked Paprika

Choice of: Assorted vegetables, celery, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomato, and radishes OR pita chips and warm roasted garlic naan bread.

Burrata Cheese and Marinated Tomato Platter

Served on a bed of baby arugula with fresh baguette.

Garlic Butter with Fresh Herbs

Homemade butter, thyme, rosemary, roasted garlic, chives. Served with fresh toasted French baguette.

Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Fresh mozzarella, marinated cherry tomato, baby arugula, olive oil, balsamic, fresh basil.

Chickpea and Cucumber Salad

Chickpeas, black beans, roasted corn, red onions, cucumber, and cilantro marinated in an aged sherry vinaigrette.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

Homemade cocktail sauce, fresh lemon, and parsley.

Shrimp and Mango Ceviche

Fresh shrimp ceviche, mango, red onion, roasted jalapeno, bell peppers, avocado, cucumber. Served with tortilla chips.

Caesar Salad

Hearts of romaine, homemade Caesar dressing, parmesan, croutons, olive oil.

Chopped Wedge Salad

Hearts of romaine, blue cheese crumbles, crispy bacon, cherry tomato, red onions.
