I work directly with each client to design a buffet-style menu that fits your event. Before finalizing the menu, I’ll typically do a site inspection — details like whether it’s indoors, outdoors, or how the space is set up can affect the food and service, and I want to make sure everything is dialed in.
When event day arrives, I show up with my team, set up the food service area, execute the menu, and handle all cleanup. I always bring to-go containers so your guests can take leftovers home if they want — no food goes to waste.
We leave the event space spotless, with as little footprint as possible — all you’re left with is incredible food and happy guests.

Born and raised in California, Chef Randall Hane attributes his love of all things food and cooking to his beloved late grandmother. After attending the Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary Arts and graduating at the top of his class, Chef Randall moved to Northern California, where he pursued a culinary career at several high-end hotels and restaurants, from Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley to the prestigious Park Hyatt Regency.
At 25 years old, Chef Randall ventured across the Atlantic Ocean and took up a position under Chef Christophe Grosjean. For two and a half years, Chef Randall honed his culinary skills, even earning a Michelin star at Chateau de Brindos in Anglet, France, as he and his team worked under Grosjean. After moving back to the United States, Chef Randall landed in Orange County and helped open Selanne’s Steak Tavern in Laguna Beach alongside Chef Josh Severson.
Following this, he became the official Chef de Cuisine at Driftwood Kitchen, also in Laguna Beach, for six years, where he cultivated an award-winning team of both cooks and servers. Chef Randall loves using well-beloved and traditional techniques and implementing them in more modern ways. From unique dishes like Bulgogi Korean beef skewers to a classic apple pie with sugar cookie crumble and fresh whipped cream, Chef Randall can make something for anyone!
