Born within the busy streets of Los Angeles and raised in the Valley, Chef Randall became fascinated with all things related to cooking thanks to the talents of his late grandmother. Upon graduating from high school, Randall attended the Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and graduated at the top of his class. From there, he began working at many high-end restaurants and hotels in the Northern California area.
From the beautiful Park Hyatt Regency to Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley, Randall worked hard to hone his culinary skills and taste for nothing short of excellence. At 25 years old, Chef Randall landed a Sous Chef position at the esteemed L’Auberge Carmel-by-the-Sea under Chef Christophe Grosjean and moved to France for two and a half years. Under the guidance of Grosjean, Randall and his team earned a Michelin star at Chateau de Brindos in Anglet, France.
After returning to California and landing in the mesmerizing heat of Orange County, Randall helped develop restaurants in Laguna Beach and worked for six years at Driftwood Kitchen as Chef de Cuisine. Chef Randall is passionate about employing traditional techniques in modern foods and focusing his energy on offering truly unique and delicious dishes.
